To Whom It May Concern:
Our organization, Austin Bass Club
for the Deaf (ABCD, www.austinbassclubdeaf.org)
is a local fishing club for the Deaf,
Hard of Hearing, and Children of Deaf
Adults (CODA) people. ABCD is established
to maintain the values of fishing
and fishing tournaments among the
members as well as education to run
a club and providing lots of community
support.
Speaking of values of fishing, ABCD
is hosting an exciting children-fishing
tournament called the Little Anglers
Tournament (www.littleanglers.org),
to instill values of fishing and values
of nature to the children. This event
will be taken in place at Lake Bastrop
in the Spring every year.
CSDVRS (www.CSDVRS.com)
and LCRA Employees (www.lcra.org)
are our current sponsors of this special
event. We are requesting that you,
and your company, donate merchandises,
gift cards, and/or gift certificates.
All received merchandises, gift cards,
and gift certificates will be given
away as prizes. Should you decide
to send in a check for a monetary
donation, please make the check payable
to Austin Bass Club for the Deaf.
To honor your donation, you can include
some kind of advertisement such as
your business card, small banner,
catalog, and the like, to allow us
to display your business on the event
bulletin board and/or give away on
the booth table. This is our thank
you for your support to our club and
the Little Anglers Tournament.
If you are unable to provide your
donation and business advertisement
to the person whom handed you this
letter, please use the mailing address
on the left under Donation Mailing
Address.
